GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ONLINE TICKETING AND SHOP PLATFORM cec.18tickets.it

1. Service Scope

The online purchase system provides users with a pre-sale and sale service for tickets related to events available on cec.18tickets.it.
The cec.18tickets.it service is managed by the cultural association Centro Espressioni Cinematografiche of Udine, which invites every user utilizing the service to carefully read all points of the General Terms and to strictly adhere to them. Users are encouraged to follow the online purchase procedure through every stage.

2. Ticket and Subscription Sales Methods

The number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction or person may vary according to the provisions of the event organizers.
Events are generally available for online purchase until the day and time of their occurrence unless otherwise specified, with particular provisions that may also be applied without prior notice.
Discounted access tickets usually cannot be purchased online, as it is not possible to verify the right to the discount. If such an option is provided, the user must present a ticket at the entrance that allows verification of the discount entitlement.
It is specified that tickets for events scheduled more than 10 days after the purchase date cannot be purchased.

3. Payment for Tickets and Subscriptions

Online purchases are paid for using major credit card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

The access ticket or subscription sent at the end of the purchase procedure serves as a fiscal receipt for the purchase.

If an invoice is required for the purchase, please contact the organization using the contact details available on cec.18tickets.it before making the purchase.
Once subscriptions or access tickets have been purchased, it will no longer be possible to obtain an invoice for the relevant purchases.
Due to the particular nature of the sector and current regulations regarding ticketing for events, every transaction completed by the user is implicitly and definitively accepted.
In accordance with European regulations on electronic and remote commerce (Directive 97/7 implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree of 14/5/99), the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of purchase.
The connection to the virtual payment gateway is secure and encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This way, payment data is therefore transmitted exclusively within the banking environment, and cec.18tickets.it does not have access to customers' credit card numbers. Therefore, it is not responsible for credit card numbers provided to the banking institution.

4. Ticket and Subscription Prices

Unless otherwise specified, the cost of the ticket purchased online includes the pre-sale fee.

5. Ticket and Subscription Collection Methods

Tickets purchased online will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The ticket contains all necessary information to verify its validity (date, venue, film title, time), including a QR code that will be scanned at the entrance. Upon positive verification, the user will be granted access to the venue. The user may present the ticket at the cinema either as a printed copy or displayed on a smartphone screen. The ticket itself serves as the access pass for the event and complies with all regulations and SIAE standards. The ticket cannot be duplicated or reused, as the first and only validation prevents any subsequent use.
The access pass must be retained until the end of the event.

6. Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the ticket will be fully refunded by reversing the transaction on the credit card or at the organization’s office.
No refunds will be issued for voluntary cancellations, unclaimed, or unused tickets.
Upon payment, the customer finalizes the purchase of the access pass and accepts – de facto – the terms related to the event.
Once payment is made, the ticket cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified in accordance with Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999, No. 185, Article 7, Paragraph 1, Letter b); Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, No. 206, Article 55, Paragraph 1, Letter b), and subsequent amendments (exclusion of the right of withdrawal for services provided on a specific date).

7. Liability Limits and Rights of cec.18tickets.it

cec.18tickets.it reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend, or terminate any feature or service if deemed appropriate for technical-organizational reasons that could compromise the proper functioning of the service.

8. Data Protection

cec.18tickets.it requires basic information such as the ticket buyer’s name, address, phone number, and email address to facilitate smooth ticket sales. The platform complies with Italian data protection laws while processing customer data. cec.18tickets.it processes, uses, and stores customer data as necessary for the provision of its services, including ticket sales, technical and organizational security, website maintenance, billing, and payment collection. The platform may assign third parties, such as external website managers or payment collection services, to process customer data, ensuring that third parties only handle data to the extent authorized by the platform. 9. Cookies

Cookies are text files sent by the website to the user’s computer.

Cookies do not harm the computers they are sent to and cannot record or alter any personal information or data stored on the system.

Cookies exclusively save information needed to determine the user's session status.
